Refunds/Exchanges

No returns or exchanges are accepted upon delivery of an order. If any products are damaged or missing upon arrival, please contact us at brattydogtapes@gmail.com. If your order has damaged products, missing items, or you have not received your order and you have not contacted us within 30 days after the order has been delivered, we are not responsible for compensating regardless of the condition of your order.

In the case of a special situation, you can always contact us for any return questions at brattydogtapes@gmail.com. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
