Shipping policy

Domestic Shipments

All orders are typically shipped within 3-7 business days, unless otherwise specified in the product description. Please note that pre-order items have a different shipping timeframe, so be sure to check this before completing your purchase. If you add a pre-order item to your cart with other products, the entire order will ship according to the pre-order timeline. To receive the in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

International Shipments

International orders may take 4-6 weeks to arrive in some cases. We appreciate your patience, but please feel free to contact us if any issues arise. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches the destination country. These charges are beyond our control, so we recommend reaching out to your local post office or customs office for specific details on rates. We are not responsible for orders being returned due to unpaid customs fees. If an item is sent back due to unpaid customs fees, you have 14 days AFTER it has been sent back to us to request the item to be sent back to you, and are responsible for any costs related to shipping the item back to you. Otherwise, the item may be available on our website again.
